Maserati Grand Turismo owner doesnt pay his fine

I was on the way home few days back and something caught my attention!!!A very nice Maserati Grand Turismo..but when i got closer i found something really interesting, the car is clamped by the court sheriff due to not paying fine. My friend had been in this shit before so i am not surprise to see a car got clamp. But come on, a Maserati Grand Turismo with a clamp??its just hilarious, i mean if the owner is rich enought to buy this car and he cant afford to pay the fine??Well what you guys think?
